    Prayer is essential to the life of a believer. It should be the foundation of everything you do as a leader in the ministry. You should learn from those who trained you, you may observe new trends among other ministers or churches, and you will probably come up with some ideas of your own to apply to your church or ministry. All of those sources may inspire you, but you should never make any move without covering it in prayer.

    2015 is the year of visitations, manifestations, and demonstrations. I anticipate Holy Spirit to move every time the church comes together. Furthermore, I expect that Spirit filled believers will be operating in various gifts of the Spirit in their every day lives. That is how it was with the early church. From the first chapter through the last, the book of Acts is filled with visitations, manifestations, and demonstrations of the Holy Spirit.

    Leader, walk throughout the rest of 2015 fighting the good fight of faith, laying hold of the life of God in every area of your life. It may have been a tough start this year.  But, God says that His people are destroyed for lack of knowledge, not for lack of shouting or singing. God is in control of the church, not the world, but the church can't control the world if people don't know what weapons they have and how to utilize them.
