Many great men and women of God, whom we greatly respect today, also experience both failure and success in their life and ministry. The apostle Peter is one such individual. Peter and his brother Andrew were two of Jesus first disciples (Matthew 4:18-20)

    Without faith it is not possible to please God, and without faith it is not possible to access His grace, either—even saving grace (see Hebrews 11:6). Faith does not proceed from your own effort; it is a gift of God. God’s grace has to be received, and you receive it with your faith. You don’t have to work for it; you just have to believe it. Your Father is so good! He’s already paid the price.
